Role: Deputy Manager Children Residential

Location: Levenshulme, Manchester

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Various shift patterns (Monday - Friday) but some flexibility is needed

Salary: starting £16.00 per hour plus £50 per sleep

About the role:The role of a Deputy Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the overall management and operation of the care home. You will assist in leading the team to make a positive impact on the lives of children. You will motivate, train and ensure all duties are performed correctly.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 1-year referenceable experience working with children and young people.
• NVQ Level 3 /4in Children Residential
• A full, valid UK driving license for both manual or automatic vehicles is needed for attending appointments, education and other activities.
