We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team at a leading security manufacturer. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and offering excellent customer service in the CCTV and video surveillance industry.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and sales team, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to CCTV and video surveillance products.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
Perform site surveys to assess customer needs and provide recommendations for security solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to support projects and assist in creating tailored security solutions for clients.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a similar technical support or pre-sales role within the security industry.
In-depth knowledge of CCTV and video surveillance technology and products.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Ability to conduct site surveys and understand customer requirements to propose suitable solutions.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Relevant technical certifications and training are a plus.

Day-to-day

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
Perform site surveys and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate security solutions.
Provide project support by assisting in the design and implementation of tailored security solutions for clients.
