Structures Engineer Opportunity / Motorsport / Formula 1 / Northamptonshire
Status - Outside IR35
Pay - Negotiable Depending on candidate
Length - Rolling

Purpose

* Take ownership and responsibility for tasks or projects assigned by line manager or senior/lead engineers.

* Proactively provide support to peers within the group and seek help from other engineers for further support where required.

* Contribute to and aid the development/implementation of structural performance.

Primary Responsibilities

* Provide support for all design groups on structural analysis and optimisation topics.

* Proactively seek performance development by identifying mass-efficient structures.

* Manage own workload effectively, meeting tight deadlines where required.

* Support general departmental workload as required.

* Continue to develop skills, knowledge and understanding of hand calculations, FEA and associated topics.

* To chair, attend and proactively participate in meetings as required.

* To work proactively, responsibly, and professionally at all times and to respect and comply with the company's reporting structure.
