Role: Registered Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum

Leader Health and Social Care have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated OFSTED Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Disorders. About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of a children's home. With a supportive Responsible Individual (RI) already in place, the established home is perfect for someone looking to take a step up.
Your role will include:
- Leading and developing a team of care staff to provide high-quality care tailored to the individual needs of each child.
- Ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and maintaining high standards of care.
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the home, including budgeting, staffing, and care planning.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
- Driving continuous improvement and ensuring the home meets and exceeds regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and a track record of successful inspections.
- Experience working with children with learning disabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children.
