Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum

Hays are now looking for a Customer Support Administrator for one of our clients based in Shrivenham.

  • Up to £22K with a bonus of up £2k per annum.+ Benefits
  • Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm
  • Shrivenham
  • Permanent

In the role you will act as first point of contact for all customer, end-user and internal enquiries.This will be via email, telephone and/or face-to-face, handling and logging enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Order processing
  • Service Control
  • Installations
  • Lease Desk
  • Warranties Administration

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of standard office software applications including the fundamentals of MS Excel
