About the Company:
My client is a well-established, medium-sized independent lift company with a reputation for providing exceptional service, a supportive working environment, and a friendly atmosphere. The Role:
As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of approximately 90 units per month, ensuring they are operating safely and efficiently. You'll work independently across Birmingham and surrounding counties, joining a rota to be on call 1 week in every 4, with additional compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of lift units.

* Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently to minimise downtime.

* Communicate effectively with clients and the support team.

* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.

* Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times.
