Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the company.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies..
Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and manage offers.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Ensure records are kept upto date
Assist with system changeSkills and Experience:

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within an in-house or agency environment.
Strong communication, organisational
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
