We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors LMS Configuration Expert to support a key client with their Learning Management System setup and optimization.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience configuring SuccessFactors LMS
• Strong understanding of LMS workflows, reporting, and integrations
• Ability to tailor configurations to business needs
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills

• Location: Remote/Hybrid
• Duration: Contract (initial 12 months)
• Rate: Market rate and Outside of IR35
