Description

• Lead and manage the planning and scheduling process for construction projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in conjunction with project teams.
• Monitor and report on project progress and schedule status.
• Identify and manage potential schedule risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment of project schedule and objectives.
• Provide input into project strategy and planning sessions.
• Support the project team in the implementation of planning best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function.

Profile

A successful Senior Planner should have:

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
• Proficiency with planning software such as Asta, Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
