As a Regional Support Manager, you will:

Manage short-term assignments, including quality improvement and service commissioning.
Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance objectives.
Recruit, train, and support general managers, conducting regular performance appraisals.
Develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising plans.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.Package and Benefits:

Registered Nurse qualification and/or NVQ Level 4 in Care/Leadership and Management.
At least 3 years of management and leadership experience.
A full clean driving licence.
Excellent understanding of CQC regulations
Previous CQC inspection being Good or Outstanding
Up-to-date knowledge of the Care Sector and regulatory framework.If you have experience as a Care Home Manager, Nursing Home Manager, Quality Improvement Manager, or Crisis Management Specialist, this Regional Support Manager role could be perfect for you.
