• Lead the development of electronic systems from concept to production, ensuring adherence to specifications and requirements.
• Oversee a sub-team responsible for sensors, control electronics, cabling, power electronics, motor control, and battery systems.
• Drive the specification and design of scalable, production-ready electronic systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct thorough testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic systems in both workshop and real-world agricultural settings.
• Document designs, specifications, test procedures, and results for internal and external stakeholders.
