About the role:

We are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) to join our dynamic team. This full-time role has become available due to an increase in our student intake, reflecting our growing reputation in the community. This role is perfect for someone looking to make a real difference in students' lives, with the opportunity to implement and develop innovative strategies for supporting SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering tailored educational plans.

• Providing one-on-one support to students with SEMH needs.

• Developing and implementing strategies to manage and improve student behavior.

• Assisting in the planning and execution of engaging classroom activities.

• Monitoring and reporting on student progress.
