We are seeking a Secured Loan Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in securing loans, providing expert advice on financial products and services.

• Location : Horwich (fully office based)
• Shift Pattern: Week 1 (earlies): Monday 9am-8pm, Tuesday 9am- 5:30pm, Wednesday 9am - 5:30pm Thursday 9am- 5:30pm Friday 9am-5pm
• Week 2 (lates): Monday 9am-8pm, Tuesday 12pm- 8pm, Wednesday 12pm - 8pm Thursday 12pm- 8pm Friday 9am-5pm
• One Saturday in every 4 weeks 9am - 2pm
• Basic Salary up to £32,500 DOE + bonus

Duties- Assess clients' financial situations and needs to recommend suitable loan products- Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately- Evaluate loan applications, including credit history analysis and risk assessment- Provide clear explanations of loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to clients- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements- Full or part CeMap required Desirable - Previous experience within second charge loans in a advisory role is essential- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance standards is advantageous
