We're Hiring: Electrical Shift Technicians
Location: Canary Wharf
Salary: £45,000 basic + £5,000 shift allowance = £50,000 (up to £52,000)
Shifts: Continental Days & Nights (7am-7pm), moving to Days Only within 3-6 months
Team: 2-man shift team

We're currently recruiting for experienced Electrical Shift Technicians for a fantastic opportunity at a high-profile commercial office site in Canary Wharf. This is a long-term, stable role ideal for engineers looking to work in a prestigious building environment with room to grow.

You'll be responsible for all electrical maintenance within a live office setting—everything from planned preventative work to fault finding and reactive repairs.

What You'll Be Doing:

Carrying out both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site

Diagnosing and fixing faults on systems such as lighting, distribution boards, and small power

*

Supporting the operation of BMS, UPS, generators, and building services infrastructure

*

Ensuring all work complies with H&S and building regulations

*

Working as part of a tight-knit 2-man shift team to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

*

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Maintenance

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certified

*

Previous experience working in a commercial building environment

*

Proactive mindset with solid fault-finding and problem-solving abilities

*

Strong communication and teamworking skills
