Customer Service Executive

£30,000 + Pension + Parking

A keen and enthusiastic person is required to work as a Customer Service Executive for this very successful organisation who are currently expanding

Some of your duties will include:

- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of quotations and tenders to customers

- Working closely with Account Managers on tenders to ensure accurate collection of data

- Managing incoming calls from customers and dealing with product and service equipment

- Dealing with incoming customer orders and setting up details on the computer system

- Processing customer orders from instigation point through to successful delivery

- Ensuring that customer processes and procedures were followed to maintain quality
