They are looking for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their PI and Clinical Negligence team. Duties and responsibilities for a Personal Injury Paralegal include (but are not limited to):

• Manage own caseload of small claims
• Provide assistance to senior members of the team on complex cases
• Run claims through IOC portal
• Producing schedule of loss statements
• Assessing and redacting bank statements

The ideal candidate:

• 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal
• Minimum 1 year of experience within personal injury
• Experience dealing with the IOC portal
• Knowledge of the litigation process
• Strong IT skills and driven to learn/develop further
