Are you a driven sales professional with experience in solution selling and a solid understanding of CAD software?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, growing business in the storage solutions sector. They're looking to bring on board an Sales Manager to cover the Birmingham region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow a sales territory across Birmingham and surrounding areas

* Identify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships

* Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored storage solutions

* Use CAD software to prepare layout plans and technical drawings

* Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to delivery

* Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate planning and implementation

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in solution-based or consultative sales

* Comfortable using CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent)

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Self-motivated with a commercial mindset and customer-first approach

* Full UK driving licence

* A positive attitude towards learning and development

Candidates from other industries are welcome to apply, as long as you have experience in technical or solution-based sales and are confident with CAD.
