Due to an increase in projects they are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team, first project based in Manchester City Centre.(PERM)

Ideal candidate

* Will have previously worked on a large scale residential project.

* Strong eye for detail.

* Ambitious individual who is wanting to grow and develop with a company.

* Solution provider, assertive and good communication skills.

Duties will include

* Reporting direct to a site based Project Manager.

* Coordinate trades, labour and equipment.

* Managing more junior members of the team including Assistant Site Managers.

* Monitoring site performance against the programme.

* Ensuring a high level of health & safety is maintained on site.

* Quality control.

* Short term programme changes.

* Site inductions and toolbox talks.
