The salary for this position is up to £30,000 per annum.

Package for a Team Leader:

• Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday - Friday, hours 9am - 5:30pm and 1 in 2 weekends.
• Location: Banbury

Key Responsibilities of a Team Leader:

• Managing, coaching and motivating Agents
• Tracking and measuring individual and team goals and targets
• Ensuring customer expectations are met
• Providing support to the team with high-volume calls or escalations
• Encouraging the team to achieve high standards of performance and customer service

Key Skills and Experience of a Team Leader:

• Experience leading a team in any industry (e.g. contact centre, retail and hospitality)
• Good communication skills
• You should be able to think independently and work within a team
• Motivating and inspiring team members
• Creating a positive communication environment
