Role: Telecoms Provisioning Engineer

Location: Coleshill, UK

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

We're looking for a Telecoms Provisioning Engineer to join our clients team, managing the setup and delivery of broadband, VoIP, PBX phone systems, and network services. You'll play a key role in provisioning and configuring our clients telecom solutions, including NEC, Avaya, 3CX, and Horizon VoIP systems, ensuring seamless deployment for business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provision and configure VoIP, PBX phone systems, broadband, and Wi-Fi networks
Manage the setup of SIP trunking, call routing, and network infrastructure
Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth service activation
Handle customer requirements, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing
Troubleshoot provisioning issues and coordinate technical resolutions
Maintain and update provisioning records and documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in telecoms provisioning for VoIP, PBX, broadband, and networking services
Strong understanding of SIP trunking, call routing, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with NEC, Avaya, 3CX, and Horizon VoIP systems
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders efficiently
