Prospero Teaching is seeking to recruit hardworking and committed Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a mainstream primary school in Wolverhampton. The school is a single form entry school with on-site Daycare and Nursery provision. They are also proud to have a specialist unit for children with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs and an Early Years Inclusion Hub. They aim to provide a happy, secure and stimulating environment to allow their children to develop intellectually, emotionally, physically and socially. An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistant. JOB DETAILS:Location - Wolverhampton Position - Level 2 Teaching Assistant Type of work - Across the primary phase (unless specified) Contract or position start date - January Duration - Ongoing Contract or position end date - Ongoing Contract type - Temporary Full time/part time - Full time Minimum rate of pay - Negotiable Hours - 8:30 am - 3:30pm : Mon - Fri (term time only) EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
· NVQ Level 2 for Teaching Assistants (or recognised equivalent qualification)
· Experience in schools preferred
· Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
· Hold Right to Work in the UK
· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
