We’re on the hunt for an ambitious and organised Asset Management Coordinator to join our dynamic Customer Experience Team!

What You'll Do:
- Maintain accurate asset registers and coordinate data for precise billing.
- Oversee SIM processes, manage activations and cancellations, and support subscription migrations.
- Handle returns, liaise across departments, and keep customer records up to date.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT to ensure streamlined asset management.
- Generate reports and identify areas for process improvement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met.
What We're Looking For:
- Positive and proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Highly organised multitasker with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous experience in a sales, or administration setting.
- Familiarity with subscription management and billing ( is a plus)
