- Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a focus on maintaining an inclusive and secure environment for all

Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive and engaging curriculum aligned with Montessori principles to support children's holistic development and innate curiosity
- Lead, mentor, and support nursery staff, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment for both children and educators
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety to create an enriching space for children to thrive
- Regularly assess children's progress, facilitate effective communication with parents, and ensure open and collaborative relationships within the nursery community
- Oversee administrative duties including budgeting, scheduling, and meticulous record-keeping to meet and exceed regulatory standards
