Conveyancing Solicitor

A small high street law firm in Solihull is seeking to appoint a Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its small but busy law firm to undertake all general residential conveyancing work alongside the Partner. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody looking for a genuine work-life balance within a small, friendly and supportive, family friendly environment. 

As a Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will join to handle the full range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion with secretarial support. This will include sales and purchase, freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity and re-mortgage. 

This client is looking for a Conveyancer local to the Solihull area, who has at least five years’ experience running their own cases independently though the client is open to training somebody with less experience. 

The firm operates like a tight knit family, its is highly supportive, have free on-site parking, a bonus scheme and quality work.
