Our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their team in Chelmsford. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing warehouse operations while supporting the technical team in delivering high quality solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee daily activities, from inventory management to shipping and receiving, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Work closely with the technical team to help facilitate product testing, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

Coordinate and lead warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and efficiency are top priorities.

Develop and maintain effective systems to track and manage stock levels, keeping things organised and running like clockwork.

Enforce health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

What We're Looking For:

Proven track record in warehouse management or a similar role.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.

Ability to work effectively with technical teams and ensure seamless operations.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle any challenges that come your way.

Forklift Licence and Health & Safety Certificate are essential.
