Job DescriptionPart-time Night Nurse24 hours per week (2 nights per week on a permanent rota) - this role includes every other weekend. Hourly Rate: £21 + paid breaksWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-time Night Nurse to join our client's Nursing Home team. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, particularly those with dementia or requiring end of life care. This role will require working night shifts to ensure 24/7 care for their residents.
Qualifications - RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
- Prior experience in elderly care, dementia care, or end of life care preferred
- Strong clinical skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities - Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and assessing residents' health and well-being throughout the night
- Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement care plans
- Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents' care and progress
- Responding to emergencies and taking appropriate action as necessary
