We are delighted to be working with this Lincolnshire based law firm. They are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their large team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Typical duties include:

* Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property

* Dealing with lease extensions

* Re-mortgages

* New build, shared ownership and help to buy matters

* Transfers of equity

* Picking up and developing a full caseload

* Preparing and undertaking necessary searches

* Ensuring that Estate Agents are regularly updated and work to build good relations with local agents

* Dealing with all enquiries

* Dealing with exchange, completion and post completion related correspondence and formalities

Candidate specification:

* A minimum of 3 years PQE

* Experience working within Conveyancing

* Team player

* Well organised

* Ability to go above and beyond for clients

* Ideally have experience in supervising more junior members

* Experience with Business development
