Warranty Coordinator 12-month FTC

Location: Dorking

Salary: Up to £30,000

Monday- Friday

Our client, a global manufacturer based in Dorking is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team. You will be a valued part of the ever-growing team and become part of a long-standing successful business.

Duties:

* Processing of warranty claims and customer complaints from first arrival to completion.

* Customer contact for updates.

* Participate in cross functional teams in pursuing corrective actions in product quality.

* Handling customer queries about warranty cover & terms and conditions.

* To progress cost recovery of defective Material from suppliers including managing the return process from customers, distributors and service centres.

* Willingly carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the company.

Desirable Attributes:

* The ability to work within a friendly team.

* Experience within a manufacturer

* Experience using SAP software an advantage

* Experience of working in a coordinator type role.

* A willingness to get involved and take responsibility.
