This role sits within the Technical department and offers a chance to work closely with manufacturing partners, drive product development, and ensure compliance with UK and European standards. Role Highlights:

Develop and assess new electrical products alongside global manufacturing partners

Lead product testing and ensure compliance with relevant safety standards (EMC, REACH, RoHS, etc.)

Create technical documentation: product specs, data sheets, packaging, and instruction leaflets

*

Liaise with quality teams and help drive continuous product improvement

*

Maintain accurate support files and manage technical input across departments

What We're Looking For:

Engineering qualification (electrical/electronics focus)

*

Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes

*

Ability to identify product features/benefits and contribute to technical problem-solving

*

Ideally, experience with British/European Standards and offshore factory collaboration

*

Familiarity with IET Wiring Regulations would be beneficial
