⏰ Hours: Mon-Fri, 50 hours per week (08:00 - 18:00)

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for logistics? Pertemps are looking for an Operations Manager to join our client's team in Feltham! 🚚

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Supervise and lead a team of drivers and office staff.
🔹 Ensure efficient and profitable vehicle operations.
🔹 Oversee daily tasks and compliance with regulations (e.g., driver hours).
🔹 Provide top-tier customer service and maintain relationships.
🔹 Manage invoicing, admin, and monitor subcontractors.
🔹 Foster team spirit and promote company values.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Strong leadership & communication skills.
✔️ Experience in logistics and managing teams.
✔️ Good knowledge of drivers' hours regulations.
✔️ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔️ Proficiency with IT systems and procedures.
