Are you a dedicated Mathematics Teacher with a passion for making numbers come alive in the classroom? Teaching Personnel is thrilled to partner with a forward-thinking secondary school in Tameside seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team.

About the Role:

Start Date: January 2024
Contract: Full-time, ongoing
Pay Rate: £162-£251 per day (dependent on pay scale and experience)
Deliver engaging, innovative, and well-structured Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Use a variety of teaching strategies to support a wide range of learning styles and abilities.
Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing targeted intervention where necessary.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging a growth mindset in students.
Work collaboratively within a dynamic Maths department to develop high-quality resources and curriculum plans.
What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching Mathematics to KS3 and KS4 in UK secondary schools.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and exam board specifications.
Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
A passion for inspiring young minds and supporting their academic and personal development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
