Title: Air Tightness Consultant

Salary: £28-32k

We are looking for an Air Tightness Consultant to join a leading UK consultancy that specialises in assisting clients with compliance to UK building regulations. This consultancy offers expert guidance through a team of specialist consultants and provides a comprehensive range of inspection services throughout the building process to ensure adherence to British standards for both residential and commercial properties.

The key responsibilities of this role include conducting pre-test inspections and providing estimated costs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary equipment is on-site and set up correctly. Additionally, you will produce technical reports that address building issues to ensure compliance and offer actionable remedial advice.

Candidates should have extensive experience in the air tightness sector and possess ATTMA Level 1 certification; Level 2 certification would be an advantage.
