As a Deputy Nursery Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Monitoring Tapestry to ensure children meet their developmental goals

* Assisting the manager with the running of the nursery

* Ensuring safety and wellbeing of the children at all times

* Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues

* Supporting the team to deliver excellence, including supervision

* Room based role with some office-based duties

We're looking for a Deputy Nursery Manager with the following skills and experience:

* At least Level 2 Early Years or equivalent

* Previous experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager

* Excellent knowledge of EYFS & valid DBS

* Positive, confident, motivated and a true team player

* Empathetic, kind and compassionate attitude

* The ability to lead and inspire practitioners
