Page Personnel are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader on behalf of a well established retail business based in Salford.
Working in a shared service centre environment, you will be responsible for managing a medium sized team and liaising with multiple sites across the UK to ensure the smooth running out of accounts receivable processes.

Description
Accounts Receivable Team Leader duties include:
- Ensuring the accuracy of the billing & credit control functions across multiple international entities.
- Support month end AR activities such as month end reporting & BS reconciliations.
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders.
- Setting and monitoring KPI's.
- Performance analysis.
- Ensuring all processes are up to standard and improving AR processes where applicable.
- Manage staff across the AR function including 121's, KPI's and target setting.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have a proven track record in a similar role (international business, SSC environment).
- Be able to demonstrate effective team management.
- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Have a high level of attention to detail.
- Be proficient with MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Previous working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 would be beneficial.
