They're seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Hook to support students with autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, learning difficulties, and Down syndrome.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students in the classroom, ensuring they are fully engaged and supported according to their individual needs.
Adapt teaching methods to ensure students are progressing, creating an inclusive learning environment for all.
Take on additional responsibilities, including:
Covering lessons when required.
Collaborating with the SENCO to implement and monitor EHCPs.
Support students in developing essential independent living skills and accessing any sensory provisions needed.Key Requirements:

Previous Teaching Assistant experience (in a mainstream primary school or specialist setting) is essential.
Relevant qualifications or degree are beneficial, but passion and enthusiasm are most important.
