Right Now Group are currently partnered with an international bathroom and piping systems client!

They are currently looking to add a new Service Engineer within their Field Service Engineering team based in Essex / Kent after a continued period of sustained growth.

If you have any field-based Engineer/Technician or have previous hands-on experience/qualifications within electrical, plumbing or even beer dispensary, drinks, and white goods then this could be the ideal role for you.

IMPORTANT: A company Van will be provided - please note all applicants must have a full drivers license due to the nature of this role.

Job Title: Service Engineer

Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week

Role Description

• Investigate technical issues and resolve along with realising opportunities appropriate to the business needs of the specific customer
• Install, maintain and survey dispense systems
• Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time
• Provide support required for internal and external customers
• Be able to manage tight deadlines for physical and administrative aspects of the role
• Service levels to customer lead-times and KPIs

Desirable

• Previous experience in a Field Service Engineering or Technician role relating to electrical, plumbing or beer dispensary, drinks, and white goods.
• Experience in working out on the road from a van or car
• Good customer relationship skills
• Flexible approach to working hours and days
• Able to work under pressure
• Have good problem-solving acumen
• Ale to both work independently and also as part of a team
