To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician, you will need a relevant degree within Architectural design, as well as having relevant post qualification experience working on residential and mixed-use projects. the successful individual will be proficient with AutoCAD and be able to demonstrate good visualisation and graphic skills.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within Architecture design
Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician
Experience working on residential and mixed-use projects
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Strong interest in residential design placemaking
Experience using Sketchup
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
