This company is a renowned player in the FMCG industry with a portfolio of household name brands. Due to growth, they are now looking to expand the team and are looking for a hands-on individual to join their fast paced business.
Description
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and expanding on growth opportunities for your brand
- Managing the full marketing mix and implementing brand plans
- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
- Leading NPD and innovation for your brand
- Engaging with key stakeholders to align on brand objectives.
- Working cross-functionally to develop effective retail plans
- Line management with 1 direct report
- Budget management
- Managing 3rd parties
Profile
The successful candidate should have have:
- Proven experience in brand management within an FMCG environment.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to be hands on
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and an ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Job Offer
A salary of up to £60,000 + benefits is on offer for the successful candidate
