Team Leader - £29.5k - Barnsley - Small Home
Shift Pattern: To be confirmed on 10/9. 42-hour work weeks.
Salary: £29.5k annually

Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a team across different shifts
• Ensure high standards of service during each shift
• Provide support, guidance, and coaching to team members
• Manage schedules and allocate tasks effectively

• Liaise with management on team performance and improvements
