Suir Engineering are currently taking applications for our 2025 Graduate Programme.

We are looking for ambitious and motivated graduates to join our 2025 Graduate Programme. The aim of our graduate programme is to empower our Graduates to develop the vital skills and competencies needed for a lasting career with Suir engineering and to understand all stages of large scale construction projects. We strive to hire the best people as we believe Graduates are key to the future of our business. We invest in the training and development of our team and provide the support and experience you need to fulfill your potential. Our Graduate Programme takes 18 months to complete starting in September of each year. In order to support your integration into our company you will be assigned a Mentor, given training and exposure to different functions of the business. These positions will be based in Ireland, the U.K, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.

We are looking for graduates who meet the following criteria:

* Level 8 or relevant bachelor's degree
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
* Able to work in a team environment
* Pride in the quality and presentation of work
* Flexibility to work on different sites and relocate if required.

* Salary starting from €40,000 per year
