Electrical Operations Manager
Job Description: The Electrical Operations Manager will play a crucial role in our company, combining hands-on electrical work with management responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical work, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for client satisfaction. The role is split evenly between on-site project management and office-based duties, including quoting for new projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
* Oversee and manage commercial electrical projects from inception to completion.
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Team Leadership:
* Lead and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices.
* Provide training and support to ensure team members are up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.

Client Relations:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
* Foster strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Quoting and Bidding:
* Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for new projects.
* Work with the sales team to develop competitive bids for potential projects.

Office Duties:
* Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
* Ensure all administrative tasks related to project management are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar management role within the commercial electrical sector.
* Proven background in electrical work, with hands-on experience.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Outstanding client-facing and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both on-site and in an office environment.
