• Preparing and managing Wills, ensuring all documents are signed correctly.
• Handling client interactions in person and over the phone.
• Assisting with Wills administration and identifying any need for specialist advice.
• Supporting marketing and development efforts within the firm.
• Managing working capital control: time recording, billing, and credit control.

Requirements:

• Legal experience or relevant training.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (for occasional travel).
