A Bedford based law firm are currently recruiting a Legal Practice Manager to join their team.

**You will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Practice Manager within the legal profession**

Experience to include:

* Operations management (including HR, IT, business development and quality standards)

* Human resources management

* Recruitment of staff

* Organising professional indemnity insurance renewals

* Ensuring the renewal of fee earners' practising certificates and CPD training requirement compliance

* Understanding of Regulatory and Compliance issues
