Our client is a very collaborative investments firm based in the heart of Mayfair. Part of an international network of offices, the London one has around 120 staff and growing fast.

They are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to act as the lynchpin across the business.

The role will involve all the key aspects including Health and Safety, supplier liaison, recruitment of administrative hires, working to tight budgets and will have two receptionists as their direct reports.

You will work with the C-suite team and HQ in the US to ensure that new projects are rolled out in the London office and that employees enjoy a positive and supportive working environment.

The ideal Office Manager will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate environment. You should be a positive and proactive individual who loves to build strong company cultures and is very solutions focussed.

Salary is dependent on experience.
