Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help drive marketing, communications, and business development strategies that enhance the firm’s profile and engage key clients.This role is ideal for a Marketing Assistant looking to step up into a Junior Executive position, offering the chance to take ownership of key projects while still gaining valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities.What You’ll Be Doing
• Creating marketing materials that showcase the firm’s expertise and services.
• Managing client relationship activities, including CRM database updates, tracking interactions, and ensuring the right contacts receive e-marketing materials.
• Organising events and webinars, handling logistics, promotion, and follow-ups.
• Keeping digital content fresh and engaging - ensuring the website, intranet, and LinkedIn presence reflect the firm’s brand and achievements.
• Providing internal communications support, keeping teams updated with news, insights, and LinkedIn activity.
• Supporting business development through industry directories, award submissions, and strategic briefing notes.
• Helping to track marketing performance - developing reports on digital and client engagement.

- Experience in a marketing/BD role, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.

- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
