Commercial Gas Engineer

£40,000 to £50,000 plus company van and fuel card

Colchester/ Ipswich/ Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge

Monday to Friday 8 till 5 with an hour

We are seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. The role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial gas systems across a range of clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality work in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems.

*

Diagnose and repair faults on a variety of commercial heating systems.

*

Conduct gas safety inspections and ensure compliance with current regulations.

*

Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or additional work required.

*

Liaise with clients professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

*

Work as part of a mobile team covering Colchester and surrounding areas.

Requirements of our Commercial Gas Engineer:

Qualifications: Must hold relevant commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1A, etc.).

*

Proven experience in commercial gas servicing and maintenance.

*

Strong understanding of gas safety regulations and compliance.

*

Full UK driving license (essential).

*

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

*

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
