Wanted an experienced, professional Executive Assistant to support the Head of Commercial for a leading international law firm based in central London. Experience working within professional service environment an advantage.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced, confident, and resilient Executive Assistant to provide high-level 1-1 support to the Head of Commercial/ Business. This role involves managing day-to-day activities, anticipating needs, and staying one step ahead.

Strong communication skills and a numerate mind are essential. Responsibilities include organising meetings and itineraries, preparing materials, and taking action-oriented meeting notes. You will also set up and implement processes, conduct research, draft communications, compile reports, and assist with various projects.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective communication between the Partner, other teams, the Managing Partner, and key stakeholders.
Arrange regular meetings related to the Business/Commercial Division.
Prepare materials for meetings, proofread documents, and take practical meeting notes.
Act as an ambassador for the company and the Partner, representing them when dealing with colleagues and clients.
Assist in setting up and implementing processes for the operational running of the Commercial Division.
Conduct research and compile reports using MS Word and Excel.
Manage accurate billing for one of the firm's largest clients.
Work effectively with other legal and business services departments, using tact and diplomacy.

Experience working within professional service environment
