This is an exciting opportunity to play a role in boosting the opportunities and self-belief of young people as an enthusiastic Lecturer in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering.
About the role
To teach mechanical & electrical engineering and associated subjects at levels 1 - 3 including embedment of English and maths as appropriate. To undertake course leadership and curriculum development duties within the department.
About you
You’ll hold a Level 3 Qualification in an engineering, manufacturing and/or welding & fabricating discipline or a professional industrial qualification within the sector, alongside industrial experience within the engineering or manufacturing sector. Teaching experience is desirable, and you must have a positive approach to work and a willingness to take on new tasks. With excellent IT and communication skills, you’ll be committed to inspiring the next generation of engineers.
