Are you a results-driven technical sales manager looking for an opportunity to manage key accounts while developing new business? A leading UK manufacturer of sustainable and innovative packaging solutions is looking for a Technical Territory Sales Manager to join their close-knit team. About the Role:

As a Technical Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing an established portfolio of key accounts (75%), while also identifying and developing new business opportunities (25%). You will plan and execute a strategic sales approach to drive revenue, achieve commission targets, and contribute to success.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximising sales potential.
✅ Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the client base within your designated territory.
✅ Develop and implement a structured territory sales plan, ensuring a proactive approach to both account management and new business development.
✅ Work closely with internal teams, including production and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
✅ Meet and exceed sales and commission targets, with a focus on profitability and long-term customer partnerships.
✅ Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
✅ Regularly report on pipeline activity, sales performance, and market insights to the senior management team.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Proven track record in territory sales management, preferably within manufacturing, or related industries.
✔ Strong ability to manage key accounts while proactively seeking new business opportunities.
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with the wider team.
✔ Experience in developing and executing a territory sales plan.
✔ Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
