Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join the GD1 EXE Team of a global energy company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a logistics professional to support transport operations and customs clearance for service operations in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the transport team with daily coordination of material transport bookings, customer requests, and export clearance.

* Handle transport requests from global customers, ensuring efficient and compliant shipping processes.

* Ensure all export controls are conducted in accordance with legal requirements and prepare compliant customs documents.

* Create and amend export paperwork, including invoices, packing lists, and loading lists.

* Assist in resolving customs-related issues, including documentation errors and inspections, to facilitate smooth clearance.

Skills & Experience:

* Experience in transport logistics, customs, and export control.

* Proficiency in SAP systems and EDI booking is highly desirable.

* Strong English language skills and excellent organisational abilities.

* Confident using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* A proactive team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
